One small sip for Daddy, one giant skull for GG

Sunday morning breakfast in the mall saw me order my usual chocolate milkshake. After one small sip I decided to share some with GG, only to have her latch on to the straw and finish the whole thing!! As evident in the pics I was most upset about having my shake pinched...GG thought it was great!

We sure do love our Bonds underwear in this family, so when Bonds brought out a new bodysuit for the little ones GG had to have one!

A few hours of Island life!

Nanna and Papa Joe were kind enough to let us tag along on their day trip to Magnetic Island on Saturday. We all had a great time, especially GG!

The best fun ever!

To date the beach is the only thing that has kept GG occupied for more than 10 minutes! In fact I think she would have stayed there for most of the day! She was just having too much fun with the sand! There was even a surf life saving carnival going on 5 meters away from her, but she didn't take her eyes off the job at hand.

A Helping Hand!

The trip over to Maggie was supposed to be a break for Papa Joe, But GG had other ideas. She kept him very busy collecting buckets of seawater for her to dunk her face in and tip over!

Keeping an eye on things....

During the ride over to Magnetic Island on the car ferry GG kept on eye on what was going on below and all around. Every once and awhile she'd look up at the beautiful day.

Sea legs

GG showed us that just because she's on a boat doesn't mean she's going to stop moving! Here she's successfully climbed the narrow, steep stairs to the very top deck and below she's having a chat to the closest kids.

Reindeer Ears

Last Sunday we went to Carols on the Strand and to get into the spirit of things we bought Santa hats and reindeer ears for everyone. GG was specially cute in the reindeer ears, that is, when she kept them on!

The old school candle in a cup or on a plate is out, replacing them is a battery operated fake candle. GG was very confused when she discovered they weren't for drawing.

As you can see she was very pleased to have this object on her head!
