There's been much speculation over when GG will take her first steps. Ample people have been saying that she will be an early walker, but really only time will tell. To make things interesting we've decided to take this to the next level. For the next month we're asking our devoted blog readers to participate in the “GG First Steps Challenge”.
All you have to do to enter is leave the date at which you think GG will take her first steps in the comments section of this post. You can leave as many entries as you like as long as they're all in separate comments. It's first in best dressed, so hop to it people! To give you even more incentive there will be a prize for the person who guesses the right date (or closest there to). My guess is that Georgia will be walking before her first birthday, by 11mts taking her first steps alone her grand dad 'papa joe' was walking at 9mts so..., I think it will be the earlier than the later!

Nana's guess date is 24th July!
Just because GG is such a little champion and is cruising so fast her legs are so strong, that I can see its just a matter of weeks before she takes off... My first challenge for her is 24th june...
Since the 4th July is independence day and GG's first steps are her first signs of independence this will for sure be the date she walks...
I think GG is such a smart kid she will keep her first steps for an auspicious occassion, July 2nd.

GG is a fast learner, and she's already taking steps to the side hanging on to something and sometimes holding on with one hand!! my prediction is july 8...

Hmmm... with such solid legs and supportive parents, she will definitely be walking before her very 1st birthday. Let's say 18th June, just because. Love Lizzie & Mark (see you guys in August!)
I am guessing that it will happen when she comes to meet Fizz in Sydney. She will be comforting Indigo and trying to tell her to toughen up when she is crying because Grandpa is there (she really does love him, just is in the habit of crying when she first sees him....he always manages to win her over, usually with some sort of bad food and bird chasing!!!!) So my date is 31 July 2007 and if she doesn't i'm going to fake it and pretend I saw her walking and you all missed it!! x

Um... not to many dates left to choose from! Tyla says it will be the 7th of July at her party. I say the 31st of August just after GG's 1st Birthday cause those precious legs are so tiny (and I'm goin for the long shot)!....Will my odds increase? Nikki

Well I remember that Chantal was the fastest runner in school so I think she'll not only be taking her first steps by mid July, she'll be running around like a professional in no time!!!
